The latest updates reflect a shift from the initial Charrette Scheme, featuring 2,000 units, to an Updated Scheme that expands to 2,500 units—bringing more housing opportunities while maintaining a strong commitment to smart urban design, walkability, and sustainability.
This transformation is a collaborative effort led by Elm City Communities, Glendower, Torti Gallas + Partners, and Kenneth Boroson Architects, ensuring that Union Square becomes a dynamic, transit-oriented neighborhood anchored by Union Station.
